After the summer editions of Aqua Fahrenheit and Fahrenheit Absolute, Christian Dior launches a new version Fahrenheit Le Parfum in the beginning of January 2014. The new fragrance is characteristic with its harmony of contrasts. François Demachy, the nose behind the scent, accentuates on the oriental side of the fragrance and says: ‘I did not want to create a caricature of Fahrenheit fragrance which already has an assertive composition. Instead, I followed the original structure by adding elements that enrich the story and highlight its atypical personality.” Very rare, natural ingredients are selected to accentuate in a sensual way the notes of leather and oriental rhythm.

The composition opens with intensive notes of velvet with accords of Sicilian mandarin and sweet licorice root. The heart consists of violet leaf absolute and rum absolute spiced with coriander and caraway. The base offers Bourbon vanilla absolute that highlights the beauty of the ingredients and ensures stability and warmth.
